The award was presented by Bollywood actors Sharman Joshi and Seema Biswas to the academy’s directors, Mridul Mishra and Vivek Khetawat, marking a proud moment of recognition for the institution.

Founded by Mridul Mishra, Satyajit Kumar, Chinmoy Bordoloi, and Vivek Khetawat, SPM IAS Academy is a pioneer in civil services preparation in Northeast India. The academy caters to aspirants preparing for UPSC CSE and state-level exams like APSC, offering high-quality guidance and education without requiring students to relocate to metropolitan cities.
Since its inception in 2022, the academy has achieved remarkable success rates:
2022: 689 students selected out of 913 posts (75.48%).
2023: 194 students selected out of 235 posts (82.55%).
