GUWAHATI: Indian para-athlete Sachin Khilari won a silver medal in the men’s shot put F46 final at the Paris Paralympics on Wednesday, September 4, achieving India's first shot put medal at the Paralympics in 30 years.

Khilari, who is visually impaired, achieved a best throw of 16.32 meters to secure the silver medal. This victory is Khilari's first-ever silver at the Paralympics.
The gold medal was won by Poland's Michal Leptych with a throw of 17.02 meters.
