GUWAHATI: The police in an operation in Dhubri seized psychotropic tablets along with cough syrups as a part of an anti-narcotics raid on November 24.
The operation under the Inspector-in-Charge (IC) at Balajan Outpost led to the seizure of over 4000 psychotropic tablets and bottles of cough syrup, leading to the arrest of a suspected peddler.
Dhubri Police took to X to put out, “In yet another major anti- narcotics operation, , @Dhubri_Police led by IC Balajan OP seized more than 4000 tablets and cough syrup and also arrested 1 peddler!”
