GUWAHATI: A resident of Barpeta named Hemanta Das reportedly lost his life in a road accident as per reports on June 28.
Talking to G Plus, the Superintendent of Police of Barpeta stated, “We have received the reports of the death of the individual in a road accident where the bike of the individual collided with a small vehicle.”
The police official further mentioned that Hemanta was an Electricity Department employee and the accident reportedly occurred near the electricity office road in the area.
