GUWAHATI: Announcing lockdown 2.0 amidst coronavirus outbreak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed people to be more careful this time and follow and lockdown.
"Restrictions will be eased out in least affected areas. However, places emerging as hotspots will be scrutinized with more strictness," he said.
The places which will successfully control their hotspots, after April 20, are likely to get some relaxation for essential services. But if the cases increase, the restrictions shall be back again.
