GUWAHATI: The handloom creations of Assam's Mising tribe have been officially granted a Geographical Indication (GI) certificate. The formal presentation of the certificate, along with those for other industrial and traditional items from various states, took place on Monday, November 25, at a ceremony in New Delhi.
