In yet another shameful incident that occurred in Guwahati, a 13 year old minor at Hengerabari was allegedly sexually molested by one Minhar Ali.
Ali was working as a carpenter at the residence of the victim.
Reportedly, Ali, in absence of the minor's family members, tried to take advantage of the minor.
