Major reshuffle in state bureaucracy

The state government has effected a major reshuffle in the civil administration, transferring and posting a number of senior IAS officers.   According to the order, Ashutosh Agnihotri, Commissioner and Secretary, Transport has been posted as the Commissioner and Secretary, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship and Industries & Commerce in addition to his substantive post.   NK Shivdas Khade, Commisssioner and Secretary, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, has been posted as Secretary, IT and Science & Technology.   S. Vishwanathan, DC, Cachar transferred and posted as CEO, GMDA.   Debesawar Malakar, DC, Lakhimpur, transferred and posted as Director of Land Records.   Monimala Phukan Borthakur, DC Charaideo, has been posted as Secretary, Excise and Welfare of Minorities and Development.   MS Manivannan, Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary and P&D posted as Project Director, CM’s Samagra Gram Unnayan Yojana.   Varnali Deka, Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, posted as DC Cachar.   Biswajit Pegu, DC, Bongaigaon, transferred as DC Lakhimpur.   Vivekananda Phukan, Executive Director, SSA Mission, posted as DC Charaideo.   Stay updated on the go with GPlus News.
