State-wise and PC-wise voter turnout data for both phases were provided by the ECI. The data is also regularly updated on the voter turnout app, allowing for detailed tracking and verification through Form 17C, which is shared with all candidates through their polling agents.

The actual data in Form 17C shall prevail, with the final turnout becoming available only after counting, as postal ballots are included in the total vote count. Postal ballots comprise votes from service voters, absentee voters (those over 85 years old, persons with disabilities, essential services personnel, etc.), and voters on election duty.
