JEE Mains 2025 Results Declared, 24 Candidates Score 100 Percentile

GUWAHATI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) on Saturday, April 19, with 24 candidates securing a perfect 100 percentile. Rajasthan emerged as the top-performing state with seven toppers, followed by Maharashtra and Telangana with four each, Uttar Pradesh with three, West Bengal with two, and one each from Gujarat, Delhi, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. Among the toppers, 22 are male and two are female candidates.

Candidates can access the final answer key and their scorecards on the official websites — nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in. Alongside the results, the agency also released the JEE Advanced 2025 eligibility cut-offs: 93.10 percentile for UR, 80.38 for EWS, 79.43 for OBC-NCL, 61.15 for SC, 47.90 for ST, and 0.0079 percentile for PwBD candidates.

JEE Main 2025 was conducted in two rounds — January and April — as a computer-based test across 300 cities, including 15 international centers such as Dubai, Singapore, Doha, and Washington DC. A total of 15,39,848 unique candidates registered, and 14,75,103 appeared for the exam. The January session saw 13,11,544 registrations, while the April session recorded 10,61,840 registrations.

For candidates who appeared in both sessions, the better of the two scores was considered for the final merit list. Out of the total, 8,33,536 candidates registered for both sessions, with 7,75,383 appearing in both.

With the JEE Main 2025 results now declared, eligible candidates can move forward to register for JEE Advanced 2025, aiming for admission into India's premier Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
