GUWAHATI: Guwahati is set to host the fifth edition of the Assam Downhill Championship (ADC) 2025, India’s largest downhill mountain biking event, on April 6.

The championship will take place at the Monkey Temple Trail in the city’s Bortila Hills, and will host a competition featuring the country’s top downhill riders.
Over the years, the event has grown into India’s longest-running downhill MTB competition, with a seven-year legacy of fostering local talent and drawing international participation.
The championship has also attracted riders from Bhutan, strengthening its reputation in the regional mountain biking circuit.
The high-speed competition will be held for two days from April 5 to 6, with the main event to occur on the second day, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The challenging course at Monkey Temple Trail has generated renown for its technical difficulty, making it a test of skill and endurance for the participants.
