GUWAHATI: A Chennai bound IndiGo flight 905, from Guwahati was diverted to the Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar due to a medical emergency.
As per reports, as a 3-month-old child suffered from seizures and upon notifying the flight staff, the flight was diverted immediately to Bhubaneswar for immediate medical attention.

The patient was provided with prompt medical assistance at the airport and later rushed to Capital Hospital in the city for further treatment.
Airport officials said the aircraft landed safely and there was no impact to airport operations.
