GUWAHATI: Unidentified miscreants looted Rs. 50,000 from four women in Amingaon area of the city on Friday, September 20.
According to reports, motorbike-borne miscreants snatched the cash bag from one of the women near Rajiv Bhawan and managed to flee from the spot.
The incident took place when four women from a self-help group in Sangsari were walking on the footpath after withdrawing the said amount from a branch of Overseas bank.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered in Amingaon police station and the matter is currently being investigated.
