GUWAHATI: A mysterious incident has occurred at Patharquary, VIP Road in Guwahati. An OM sign has popped out of a swamp on a property.
The sign was discovered by the residents of the Prithvi Green apartment building adjacent to the plot.
The locals of the place have called the OM sign as a positive indication. "One of our flat owners saw the sign and we immediately were amazed. As such, we shared it to different people. Belief is a personal thing but this definitely is some sort of a positive sign," said Pranab Deka, Secretary of the apartment.
The security personnel who stay in the apartment premises have started to worship the sign. "We now even light up incense sticks toward the sign," said Dul Borah, a security official.
Meanwhile, a local priest has called the development as an indication of Lord Shiva. "If this sign has cropped up, then it can be ascertained that there might have been a Shiv Linga below it," said Rajiv Sharma, Head Priest of Sree Sree Ganesh Shiv Temple in Narengi.
A few of the locals have claimed it to be an indication of the divine whereas some are sceptical about it. The big question is, is that a strange coincidence or is it an indication of something divine? People are still divided about it in their opinion.
