EUPHUISM 2025, the annual cultural festival of Guwahati’s Girijananda Chowdhury University (GCU), is set to take place from March 5 to 8. The festival will conclude with a headline performance by award-winning playback singer Asees Kaur on March 8.
EUPHUISM has previously welcomed celebrated artists such as Euphoria, Zubeen Garg, and Papon, cementing its reputation as a premier cultural event.
This year’s theme, ‘Retro Rewind,’ pays homage to the golden eras of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and will blend nostalgia with a modern twist.
With nearly 25 formal events on the agenda and prizes worth approximately ₹2.5 lakh, EUPHUISM 2025 offers an electrifying mix of competitions and performances. The festival will feature an array of high-energy contests, including Mr. and Miss GCU, Robo Soccer and Robo Race, Circuitronics, Gameathon, GCU Hackathon, Folk Fusion Fiesta, and the much-awaited Cultural Rally.
