GUWAHATI: Eight individuals were apprehended by Hatigaon police on Thursday, for their involvement in various cyber offences.
The arrests took place in the Bhetapara locality of Hatigaon.

Among them, four were detained on Friday, and the case has been registered at the Panbazar cyber police station.
A senior official from the cyber police station informed GPlus that four out of the eight apprehended individuals were arrested for their involvement in cybercrime activities. These accused individuals hail from West Bengal.
