GUWAHATI: Guwahati Jal Board (GJB) will be flushing and testing the distribution network in multiple areas in the city on March 1.

The list of areas designated for today are Kharghuli, Joypur, Ramsa Hill, Hirimbapur, GS Road, BK Kakoti, RK Mission, AK Azad Road, Dilip Huzuri Path, Duwarika Nagar, Rupkonwar Path/Junaki Path, Rupkonwar Colony, Zakir Hussain Road, Hengrabari, Ganeshhuri etc.

GJB also took to X to put out, “This is for kind information of all that today GJB will be doing flushing/ testing of distribution network in the following areas namely from Kharghuli, Joypur, Ramsa Hill, Hirimbapur, GS road, BK Kakoti, RK Mission, AK Azad road, Dilip Huzuri Path, Duwarika Nagar, Rupkonwar Path/Junaki Path, Rupkonwar Colony, Zakir Hussain Road, Hengrabari, Ganeshhuri etc. During the trial run, leakages of water may occur at a few locations, which shall be rectified by our team immediately. All concerned are kindly requested to co-operate with us during the said exercise.”
