GUWAHATI: GPlus Athletic suffered another setback in the 2nd Guwahati Premier Football League (GPFL), losing 2-1 to FC Green Valley (FCGV) at Judges’ Field on Friday, November 29.

The match started on a promising note for GPlus Athletic, with Damangkyrpang scoring in the 44th minute to secure a first-half lead. However, FCGV turned the tide in the second half, with Prasenjit equalising in the 53rd minute through a brilliant free kick. Aditya Saha clinched the win in the 60th minute with an unstoppable volley, earning him the Player of the Match award.
GPlus Athletic will next face Gauhati Town Club (GTC) on December 7 at Judges’ Field, with the kick-off scheduled for 4:00 PM.
