Fake railway recruitment cell detected by RPF

Railway Protection Force personnel of North East Frontier arrested three persons on charges of running fake Railway Recruitment Cell in Agartala. On getting reliable information from sources, Asst. Sub Inspector of RPF B.P.Das alongwith other staff conducted raid in railway premises at Agartala. But the person running the racket shifted the place to civil area. RPF then immediately informed local police of nearby Amtali police station in Agartala. The prompt action by RPF and local police lead to arrest of three person two female and one male alongwith many fake documents and about 77 numbers appointment letters seems to be fake. The arrested persons are – Promod Kumar Das, Mousumi Chutia, Krishna Kanu, who were taken into custody. A case under section 420(B) & 34 IPC has been registered against three apprehended persons.
