Eight Assam Players Selected For Indian Roll Ball Trial Camp To Be Held In Tamil Nadu

 

GUWAHATI: Eight players from Assam have been selected for the Indian team trial camp for the 1st Junior Roll Ball World Cup.

The selected players will join 42 boys and 40 girls at the Pre-Selection India Team Camp, scheduled to take place in Tamil Nadu, from March 20 to 25. The final team will represent India at the Junior Roll Ball World Cup in Nairobi, Kenya.

Among the selected players, B.P. Hindu and Riyan Ali will represent Assam in the boys' category. In the girls' category, Dhanistha Kashyap, Namrata Kairi, Srinika Mazumdar, Mishka Singhal, Krishti Sahariah, and goalkeeper Sia Sonthalia have been selected.

Speaking to GPlus, Assam Roll Ball General Secretary said, “It is a proud moment that eight players from the state had been chosen among the many contenders. We are hopeful that all the players will make it for the final team.”
