GUWAHATI: With the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the state of Assam, the government has decided to allocate a dedicated demarcated cremation/burial ground for the victims who lost their lives in the Coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking to media, Assam Health Minister said, "Today, we have asked all the deputy commissioners to set up cremation and burial grounds at isolated areas in their districts to prepare ourselves in case there are any unfortunate deaths."
