Balkaur Singh, the singer's father, has alleged harassment from the district administration over documentation regarding the child's birth. The couple welcomed their child last Saturday, almost two years after their singer-son's tragic death. Charan Kaur, late Moose Wala’s mother aged 58, reportedly underwent IVF treatment earlier this year to conceive.

In a viral Instagram video, Balkaur Singh urged authorities to allow the treatment to proceed without interference. He assured cooperation with the administration's requests for documentation.
The Union Health Ministry recently sought a report from the Punjab government concerning Charan Kaur's IVF treatment, highlighting the age limit for such procedures as 21-50 years under Section 21(g)(i) of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021.
Balkaur Singh had previously shared a photo of the newborn on Instagram, stating that the family was in good health.
Sidhu Moose Wala, their elder son, and a prominent singer-turned-politician, tragically passed away in May 2022 after being shot in Punjab's Mansa district.
