Teli is leading with 65,047 votes.

The counting of votes for all the Lok Sabha seats began at 8 AM.
The Dibrugarh seat comprises these segments – Moran, Dibrugarh, Lahowal, Duliajan, Tingkhong, Naharkatia, Tinsukia, Digboi, Margherita.
