GUWAHATI: The Karbi Anglong District Police has arrested a duo involved in the Dhansiri murder case on Tuesday, May 18.
The two accused who have been apprehended are Francis Engti R/o Manja and Waisong Terang R/o Diphu. Both of them are residents of Diphu.
The pistol used in the incident along with ammunition has also been recovered.
On May 15, a businessman was shot dead in Diphu under the Karbi Anglong district. The man, identified as Debajit Sinha, was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Diphu-Dhansiri road.
