GUWAHATI: The Assam Boat Racing and Rowing Association has announced a 5-member team of the Assam Rowing Team for the upcoming 25th Sub-Junior National Rowing Championship.

This event is to be held at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh from October 22 to October 26.
The team’s members consist of both boys and girls, as Ayan Khan and Farhan Ali have been selected to represent the Sub-Junior Boys team, while Jessica Basumatary will be solely representing the Sub-Junior Girls team.
As for the Under-13 girls team, Akabrata Borgohain and Ipshita Choudhury have been selected.
The rowing team departed Guwahati for the championship on October 21, with Lalchand Rajbhar as the Team Coach, and Prachee Hannan as their Team Manager.
