GUWAHATI: Subhadeep Ghosh is the first coach in the Indian Premier League (IPL) who hails from Assam.
Last year, he was appointed as Delhi Daredevils’ (now Delhi Capitals fielding coach and this year, he has been appointed for the same position for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Ghosh has also been to West Indies for India A team as a fielding coach and he has coached Assam’s Ranji team and Andhra Ranji team as fielding coach.
Former cricketer, Rajesh Borah and General Secretary of Assam Cricket Association, Debojit Saikia have wished Ghosh the best of luck.
