GUWAHATI: The Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metro announced withdrawal of the order permitting MB Marketing Agency and 17 other drug distributors located within the containment zone of Arihant Apartment from operating.
The order allowing drug distributors to operate from the area was withdrawn in view of the observation made during the visit of the verification team.

The permission was given for distribution of emergency life saving medicines to hospitals and nursing homes between 10 AM and 1 PM with effect from June 9 subject to fulfilling certain conditions, but is withdrawn with immediate effect from today.
