All women branch of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance launched in city

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, one of India’s leading general insurance companies, has recently launched an All-Women Branch in Ulubari, Guwahati. The branch is likely to have only women employees and recruit only women agents to primarily sell all levels and lines of insurance schemes. The office would extend every sort of support to women, starting from pick up and drop, work from home facility, crèche facility, and flexible timings. The initiative would also provide every sort of technical and soft skill trainings, while helping the workers achieve their professional goals. “This strategic initiative provides a platform to women who would want to be leading entrepreneurs in the field of selling general insurance”, said Anamika Roy, Senior President, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, during a press conference.
