GUWAHATI: The Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit concluded on Wednesday, February 26, with investment and infrastructure proposals of ₹4.91 lakh crore. Following the formal engagements of the two-day event in Guwahati, the Advantage Assam exhibition is now open to the public from February 27 to March 1, offering visitors a unique opportunity to witness the state’s industrial growth and economic potential.

The visitors can explore the exhibition on February 27 and 28 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on March 1 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Encouraging public participation, the chief minister took on X, inviting people to explore the progress made by Assam’s industries. “Come be a part of history! As the formal engagements of Advantage Assam came to a close yesterday, we are throwing up the Advantage Assam exhibition open to the public from 27 Feb to 1 March. Everyone can witness the growth story our industries have scripted. Do visit,” he stated.
The summit saw the exchange of over 250 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) across various sectors.
In addition to economic discussions, the summit also highlighted Assam’s vision for cultural and entertainment-based revenue generation. Addressing the attendees, the chief minister on Wednesday said that the state is focusing on fostering the concert culture. “Concert culture will be prioritised in Assam. Like Meghalaya, Assam will focus on generating revenue through concerts in the near future,” he said.
With the exhibition now open, residents and visitors alike have the chance to explore Assam’s industrial journey and its ambitious plans for growth.
