GUWAHATI: A team from the Chandmari police station, Guwahati, in collaboration with the Railway Protection Force (RPF), raided a bamboo shack located at Bamunimaidam Railway Colony, Kalipur, uncovering a large-scale illegal kerosene trading operation on February 17.

During the raid, authorities seized approximately 1,200 litre of kerosene, which was being stored and traded illegally. The operation, which appears to have been running for some time, was operating without the necessary licenses or government approvals.
The authorities are currently conducting a thorough investigation to identify the individuals involved in this illicit trade. Further investigations are ongoing.
